Full-time - Full-year, 40 hours a week – above .75% FTE

  Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high level administrative support to the CEO and will have daily interaction with staff, clients, and volunteers while working the front desk and answering the phones. Must be organized, confident and have strong communication skills.  This position will manage a variety of projects and must be able to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Education and Experience: 

  • AA Degree or equivalent certification required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 year administrative or executive assistant experience preferred.
  • Work experience that demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Certificates and Licenses: 

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must successfully pass a criminal history background check.

Pay and Benefits: Starting wage is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending upon education and experience. Generous sick, vacation and 16 paid holidays available!  Health, Dental and Vision Insurance along with matching retirement plans available!
