Position: Human Resources Director

Full-Time, Full-Year, 40 hours a week – above .75% FTE

Responsibilities: The Human Resources Director implements, monitors and evaluates the entire spectrum of employee relations and human resources policies, procedures and practices. Provides personnel management functions in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations, disciplinary actions, career development, compensation, etc. Develops and maintains the personnel policies and procedures manuals and maintains personnel files and records. Monitors the Performance evaluation process. 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business/Business Management/Human Resources or related field required. At least 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Human Resources related Federal and State laws as well as an understanding of best practices preferred. Strong organization and communication skills a must! Experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures preferred. Experience in mediating employee conflicts a plus! Must be self motivated and willing to learn. Must be able to pass background checks. Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable. 

Pay and Benefits: Starting Salary is $1700 to $1800 biweekly, depending upon qualification and experience. Benefit dollars available which can be used towards one or more of the following options available - BCBS Group Health Insurance, Group Dental, Group Vision, Group Retirement fund, and/or Voluntary Group Term Life Insurance. Group Aflac plan available. Generous Sick, vacation, bereavement and holiday pay available.
