Position: Weatherization Installer

Full-time - Full-year, 40 hours a week – above .75% FTE

$1,000 Hiring Incentive Available! 

Responsibilities: Performing basic weatherization tasks within the Panhandle area which can include insulation, pipe wrap, air sealing, weather-stripping, installation of new doors and/ windows, etc. Assisting with equipment maintenance and inventory control and other duties. 

Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED required. Previous construction experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Must pass criminal background checks.

Pay and Benefits: Starting wage is $15.84 per hour, depending upon qualification and experience. Generous sick and vacation pay! 16 paid holidays every year! Nights and Weekends off!  The Weatherization Crew works 4 10's Monday through Thursday and has Friday to Sunday off each week! Benefit options include Health, Dental, Vision and Retirement options.  All tools, supplies, licensing, certifications, equipment and vehicles provided and paid.
