Position:  Full - Part Time Summer Weatherization Installers

Full & Part-time Summer Positions  – below .75% FTE Summer and Above .75% FTE Summer

Our Weatherization Department is now seeking full and part time summer installers to work on the Weatherization Crew. College students welcome - we can look at your school schedule to see how we can work together.

Responsibilities: Performing basic weatherization tasks within the Panhandle area which can include insulation, pipe wrap, air sealing, weather-stripping, installation of new doors and/ windows, etc. Assisting with equipment maintenance and inventory control and other duties. 

Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED required. Previous construction experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Must pass criminal background checks.

Pay and Benefits: Starting wage is $15.75 per hour, depending upon qualification and experience. Nights and Weekends off!  The Weatherization Crew works Monday through Thursday and has Friday to Sunday off each week!  All tools, supplies, licensing, certifications, equipment and vehicles provided and paid.
