Full Time, Full Year: 40 Hours per week - above .75 FTE
$1,500 Hiring Incentive Available!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly in-home visits to families with infants and toddlers, providing educational services that support healthy child development and parent-child relationships.
- Conduct developmental screenings and assessments and make appropriate referrals to additional services as needed.
- Work collaboratively with families to create individualized goals and plans supporting healthy development and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided in accordance with program requirements.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to program policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of a home-based CDA credential or comparable credential, or equivalent coursework as part of an associate's or bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to establish positive relationships with diverse families and communities.
Pay and Benefits:
Wage:
$15.10 - $17.40 an hour depending upon qualifications and experience.
