NCAP departments include:
Head Start / Early Head Start - promotes school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of the child through education, health, nutrition, and social interaction. We promote healthy prenatal outcomes for women, enhance the development of very young children, strengthen the parent-child bond and improve family relationships.
Community Services - provides emergency and other assistance such as food pantry, rental and utility assistance, job search supports and many more.
Weatherization - provides income eligible families and individual and qualifying homes with needed measures to improve a homes energy efficiency.
Volunteer Services - operates the Retired and Volunteer Services Program (RSVP) providing volunteers 55 and over with opportunities to enrich their lives and serve their communities. We serve in the areas of Healthy Futures and Disaster Preparedness.
