WTZ Installer - Scottsbluff

Position: Weatherization Installer- Scottsbluff

Full-time - Full-year, 40 hours a week – above .75% FTE

Responsibilities: Performing basic weatherization tasks within the Panhandle area which can include insulation, pipe wrap, air sealing, weather-stripping, installation of new doors and/ windows, etc. Assisting with equipment maintenance and inventory control and other duties. 

Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED required. Previous construction experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Must pass criminal background checks.

Pay and Benefits: $15.84 per hour, depending upon qualification and experience. $200 one-time smart watch reimbursement. $200 annual work boot reimbursement. $1,500 recruitment sign-on bonus. Generous sick, contagious illness, bereavement and vacation pay.  16 paid holidays every year. The NCAP Weatherization Crew works 4 - 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday and has Friday thru Sunday off each week. Benefit options include Health, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Account and Retirement options.  All tools, supplies, licensing, certifications, equipment and vehicles are provided and covered by NCAP.
