Community Services provides the following Services:

To be eligible for NCAP programs and to receive services the participant must meet all program requirements  

  • Rental Assistance for evictions or homeless individuals 
  • Utility Assistance particants must be in disconnect  
  • Case Management 
  •  Food Pantry
  • Motel Vouchers 
  • Fuel Vouchers for medical appointments only 
  • Referrals
